Improvement to Head Works of Chhamundia MIP in Jashipur Block of Mayurbhanj District under DPIW (Large Dam) Scheme for the year 2025-26.

Clearing shrub jungle uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1m girth on premeasurement required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil including moorum,stoney earth, gravel etc. interspreaded with boulders upto 1/2 cum in size with all lift and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the EIC within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete. ( Measurement will be taken on finished level section)

Supplying and spreading sand of approved specification for filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in earthdam or dyke to proper slope and level within an initial lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and spreading 40mm to 20mm size granite metal in filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in earthdam or dyke to proper slope and level within an initial lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing dry rubble rock toe with blasted and quarried granite boulders of sizes 30cm and above with all leads and lifts including dumping with packing interstices properly and surface packing proper line and level complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (No deduction to be made towards voids in finished section.)

Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials and labour T & P. etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge including removal of forms.

Removing old revetment, appron and repaking with old stone of approved quality including filling the interstices with small stone to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials , labour and T&P required for the item complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (1/6 voids volume will be deducted from the quantity)

Earth work in ordinary soil with all leads, lifts and delifts including dressing and levelling the bed to the design profile as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing granular sub-base approved quality of gravel and sand with add mixing sand and moorum in approved proportion using admixture including laying &spreading in uniform layer not exceeding 22.5 cm depth watering and compaction with P.R.R for finished item of work as per specification of road work of odisha standard specification including cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) for Grading-II etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density as perclause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) for Grading-III etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg / sqm by mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works(4 th Revision) complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared surfaces bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge (4 th Revision) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying 20 mm thick premix carpet over prepared surface using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg penetration grade of Bitumen for10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of machineries and cost, conveyance & royalty of materials etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8Kg. of bitumen for 10 sqm including hire and running charges of machineries and cost, conveyance, royality of materials, labour, T&P, etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing,Supplying, Stacking for premeasurement & Speading moorum and consolidation with PRR including watering, cost of moorum and conveyance of moorum etc complete required for the item as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Binding road surface with sand 6mm thick including cost, conveyance,Royalty and all taxes etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
