Opening of jumpers of 40 MVA transformer, Cutting of earthing strip and opening of electrical connection.

Complete, dismantling of 40 MVA T/F by opening of radiator, conservator tank, bushing, marshaling box, cooling fans, etc at 132 KV S/S Chhaprauli.

Shifting/ Dragging of 40 MVA T/F from plinth to near open space. Distance about 20 Mtr. Including turning of main tank of required at 132KV Sub-Station Chhaprauli.

Removing of HV side LAs and its structure of 63 MVA T/F already installed at 132 KV S/S Chhaprauli and erection of these LAs with structure after Passing of New 63 MVA T/F for and T/F plinth.

Packing of bushing of transformer in 40 MVA T/F Caret.

Dragging of 63 MVA T/F Main tank from unloading site to T/F Plinth at 132 KV S/S Chhaprauli -Approx distance -20 Mtr.

Complete, erection of 63 MVA T/F by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making control cables connection, bucholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of T/F oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of work.

Earthing of main tank of 63 MVA T/F by using M.S. flat 50X6 / 75X10 mm size, its jointing with already laid earth mat for its earthing work.

Placement of new RTCC panel of this new 63 MVA T/F in control room at 132 KV S/S Chhaprauli including its Termination & fitting and laying of control cable if required as per site requirement and its connections.

Carriage of 20/25 KL empty T/F oil tank for the centrifuging of T/F oil where it is available with in distance of 50 Km approx.

Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through PVT. centrifuging machine and taking the BDV value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved.( approx. 25 KL) Making arrangement of testing of T/F oil from authorized NABL approved testing Lab.

Jumpering of T/F from HV with single Moose/Zebra/ Panther and LV side with double zebra/Moose/Panther complete up to 33 KV main bus.

Earthing of T/F body, MB DM box OLTC , RTCC at two points using 75×10/50×6mm. M.S flat and 40 mm M.S. rod after making delta formation with 3 M long electrodes.
