Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc including disposal of demolished materials n. exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/chain link, barbed wire and similar types of fencing complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron/MS work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in foundation for fencing posts, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in coping, plinth courses etc with & including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC type C- 2,1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base laid in alternate pannels complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 12 above but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained from ser item No 03 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Chain link fencing and line wire shall be measured and paid as supply only.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing, size of mesh and guage of wire as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by the BOO convened by the GE

Supply only 3mm dia PVC coated chain link fencing of galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by the BOO convened by the GE

Supply and Fixing mild steel work as in iron posts/ fencing post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other sections, pintle hinge with gusset plates complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (excluding of covering steel sheeting), fastening, locking arrangement and hanging etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde 165, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exc 5cm long, diameter of shank/neck 05-10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10mm dia, for horizontal tie bars/line wire for chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft and loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making dusturb surface good complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (any colour approved by GE), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint (as per existing colour), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces and applying a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamelled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, concrete surfaces of any description and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamelled (ordinary tint) paint over priming coat on new stone and concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roof, wall etc, including dismantling of existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of approved profile of corrugation, 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable PGI/ CGI sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed (precast frame shall be measured and paid separately). Notes: 1. Rate includes supply and spreading of sand. 2. The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Material and labour for providing precast factory made cement concrete (type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) louvres and jallies, 35 mm thick (measured solid), set in CM 1:4 including all mould- ings but excluding frame (precast frame shall be measured and paid separately) incl taking out existing damaged jalli etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & rescuring including making good staples etc. Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed (Each line wire to be measured)

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia. in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete B1 (1:2:4 Nominal mix) using 20 mm aggregate as in beam, cantilevers, bressumers, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to sides & soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors & beams, etc. Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.
