Repair, comprehensive, routine and preventive maintenance of DG set any make of the following capacities which include cleaning of diesel filter, checking of mobile oil filter, lubricating oil, rubber hose pipe, V belt, oil pipe, diesel pipe, burnt parts etc. and tightening of nuts bolts, washers greasing etc for proper running of DG set of capacity 63 KVA

All as per item No 1 above but capacity of DG Set 110 KVA.

All as per item No 1 above but capacity of DG Set 125 KVA.

All as per item No 1 above but capacity of DG set 160 KVA

Note for ser No 1 to 4 (i) Supply only spares part shall be measured and paid for separately and the cost of fixing charges shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Cost of oiling greasing, tightening of nuts, bolts and minor work extra are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Maint of diesel generating sets will be carried out and maint record shall be prepared by Contractor and signed by JE E/M, Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor. All maint register will be provided by the Contractor for record purpose. (vi) The taken down spares shall be cleaned and refitted on DG sets if found serviceiable. All other taken down parts/spares shall be replaced and paid for under relevant item of this schedule.

Removal of radiator from engine of any capacity de-scaling and brazing as required for repair of water tank etc. and re-fixing the same properly of capacity 63 KVA

All as per item No 6 above but capacity of DG Set 110KVA to 125 KVA

All as per item No 6 above but capacity of DG Set 160 KVA

Material and Labour for replacement of coupling joint to engine and generator /alternatorby by taking out old coupling from the capacity of DG sets :- DG Set 63 KVA

All as per item No 9 above but capacity of DG set 110 KVA to 125 KVA

All as per item No 9 above but capacity of DG set 160 KVA

Supply and fixing asbestos rope any dia wrapped over the exhaust pipe complete.

Repair and overhauling of self starter 12 V/ 24 V of any DG set

Re winding of Armature and complete set 12 Volt Self starter

Re winding of Armature and complete set 24 Volt Self starter.

Taking out FIP from DG set transportation to authorised service centre for overhauling and re-calibration and re-fixing of DG set including replacement of necessary spare parts such as delivery valves, plungers ‘O’ ring spring,nozzel etc. of capacities DG Set 63 KVA

All as per item No 16 above but capacity of DG set 110 KVA to 160KVA

Supply and fixing of battery terminal bolt type suitable for battery as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing battery lead of copper conductor standard 50 sqmm single core PVC insulated fitted with lead terminal on one side and other side with brass or lead terminal 1 mtr long as per site required and connection as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) for DG Set of capacity 63 KVA Make Kirloskar or equivalent.

Supply and fixing AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) for DG Set of capacity 110 to 160 KVA Make Kirloskar or equivalent.

Material and Labour for replacement of turbo charger suitable for 110 to 160 KVA capacity. (Make of turbo charger should be make of DG set.)

Supply and replacement of coolant for radiator of any make any type of DG set at various locations.

Material and Labour for servicing and overhauling and repairing complete alternator greasing cleaning of all stator and rotor, re-varnishing the stator and rotor winding with superior quality of varnish including heating and baking the same. Re-assembling the complete alternator, fixing in position and testing on load for 63 KVA DG Set capacity .

All as per item No. 25 for capacity of DG set 110 KVA to 160 KVA

Material and labour for dismantling, opening of diesel engine cylinder head, removal of unservieable worn out spare parts, cleaning of all components, reboring of cylinder on lathe machine, after reboring honning process will be carried out.replacement of all spare parts and gaskets as per manufacturer spare part kit, re-assembling of complete engine setting, timing setting for the capacity of 110 to 160 KVA DG set. Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately.
