Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barir under and alrond the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimetr of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification/IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completeion of the foundations i) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work ot be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 (six) years shall be furnished b the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Supply, fixing and laying bi-axial geo-grids of tensile stength minimum 20kN/m, stiching as per specification at junction, Leveling and laying at site as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in-charge. The required testing for qualification will be carried out by the contractor at his cost. (Payment will be made as per actual measurement at site, laps will also be measured for payment)

Construction of granular sub-bass by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing gravel/murram backing/filling 75mm thick (consolidated thickness)for underfloor/plinth beam or as specified by Engineer, including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, compacting by hand/mechanical roller, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying & placing Filcrete using cement sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38 deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material, compaction, pumping, curing etc all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer In-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Stainless steel chequered plates,ladders using SS304L grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections, plates etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / matt polishing , fixing at site etc. for trench cover, ladders including special sections and anchor fasteners for fixing as per drawings, specifications complete . A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before starting of work at site . This work to be executed through approved specialized agency.

Providing and laying Water proofing treatment to over head tank / sunken area using 25 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with integral water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 latest version @ 2% by the weight of cement as per the specification etc. all complete as directed by EIC.

Supplying, providing, fixing, approved High density expanded polystyrene foam filler as a back stop material with adhesive to concrete and masonry surface for expansion / separation joints of the following thickness at all elevations as per drawings and specifications. Cost to include preparation of surface, supply of necessary tools, wrapping with 500 micron thick polyethylene sheet, scaffolding, manpower etc., all complete, as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing perlaminated particle board of 12 mm thick, 125mm wide for skirting with necessary teakwood beading, support with second class teakwood rough ground of 50x25mm size painting the rough ground upto the bottom of wall panelling with two coats of enamel paint over suitable primer and polishing the exposed faces of teakwood plank with three coats of French polishing to match with the wall panelling, etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 144 mm thick GI metal stud partition comprising of a composite framework which includes a 92 mm GI stud of 0.5 mm thickness and having two unequal flanges of 34 and 36mm each placed at 610 mm center to center, along with 94 mm GI floor and ceiling channel, with two equal flanges of 32 mm each fixed to the floor and the ceiling, at 600 mm center to center mounted using Anchor Fastener 8mm dia x 45mm length. Fix the Intermediate channel of 0.9 mm thickness of Web 45mm and equal flanges of 15mm each is to be provided for every 1220mm level on both side of the partition Board Fixing: First layers of 12 mm thick Hilux Calcium Silicate boards are then screw fixed to the studs and channels at 200-250 mm centers on both sides of the frame work, with 25 mm long self-drilling & tapping screws having Phillips head with under head cutter, for first and second layer of Hilux boards over the first layer the board using 38mm Self drilling screw at 200-250mm centers respectively. The board’s joints are to be staggered to avoid through passage. Insulation: 50 mm thick (Density -64 Kg/m3) Rock wool mat is to be placed in the cavity of the partition. Jointing and Finishing: Finally edges of the Boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with specially formulated All-purpose Jointing compound and 48 mm wide self- adhesive fibre tape.
