Supply and installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested and approved maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Ally coated), zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250 microns). Earthing system shall conform to IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3 mm and 26.4 mm dia, 3 metres length, zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300 mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes shall be filled up with Compact Fill (CF) crystalline conductive compound. The Compact Fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes necessary Excavation and earthwork for pits and returning and fillings complete by electrodite/ conductolite back fill comound (Ground enhancer). The back fill compound should be eco friendly and should not contain environmentally hazardous materials/metal having RoHS certification from NABL accredited lab. CONTD........

Dismantling carefully serviceable isolating LT Panel of size 1600 x 900 x 600 mm to 2500 x 2000 x 900 mm duly unscrewing/opening front and back cover and cleaning complete bus bar chamber, tightning all the nuts, bolts, incoming and outgoing terminals including cleaning all the switchgear/accessories, replacement of cable gland and stainless steel hinges of size 100mm for panel board, fixed with welding arrangement incl applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint externally to panel board after scrubbing/cleaning the surface and testing the panel board to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES:- (i) Cost of necssary nuts, bolts, washers, screws and colour tape for bus bar, recharging and testing complete shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Stainless steel hinges shall be provided as per qty required on site and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Dismantling carefully serviceable isolating LT Panel of size 500 x 500 x 500 mm to 1500 x 900 x 600 mm duly unscrewing/opening front and back cover and cleaning complete bus bar chamber, tightning all the nuts, bolts, incoming and outgoing terminals including cleaning all the switchgear/accessories, replacement of cable gland and stainless steel hinges of size 100mm for panel board, fixed with welding arrangement incl applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint externally to panel board after scrubbing/cleaning the surface and testing the panel board to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
