Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with al lifts and leads transportion to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical specification clauses 303.1. Including stablization with 2% slaked lime including its mixing with rotavator complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-III as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,

Earth Work in filling in both side of road patries in embankment road with BC soil, cutting to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth including 2.0 m lift and 10 m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used as spoil banks within 10 m. distance.(with compaction)

Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 50m.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size : 6 fine sand : 1 cement ) and curing complete including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer

Class 150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour, curing and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 4:2:1 (4 graded stone grit 20 mm nominal size : 2 sand : 1 cement ) and curing complete including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge
