Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced plain cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, roof padding/kerbs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, roofs etc including removal of grass roots, hedges/plant roots complete all as specified and directed

Taking down or up 15 mm bore galvanised iron tubing/PL-AL-PE pipes and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or up 20 mm bore galvanised iron tubing /PE-AL-PE pipes and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old GI tubing 15 mm bore pipe and connections in new or old position as on walls ceiling floors etc complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cleaning of pipe is included in separate item of this BOQ. (ii) Rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be included S & F new fittings as required at site.

Refixing old GI tubing 20 mm bore pipe and connections in new or old position as on walls ceiling floors etc complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 500 ltr and not exceeding 1000 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 250 ltr and not exceeding 500 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing three layers 1000 liter HDPE water storage tanks polyproof. white in colour rotational moulded polyethylene (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F of suitable size inlet/outlet arrangement & other accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 14 but except water tank. Note:- Old water tank will be reused obtained from separate item of this BOQ

Supply and fixing three layers 500 liter HDPE water storage tanks polyproof. white in colour rotational moulded polyethylene (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F of suitable size inlet/outlet arrangement & other accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 16 but except water tank. Note:- Old water tank will be reused obtained from separate item of this BOQ

S & F in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of size 20mm bore ( weight 210 gms Minimum) complete all as specified

S & F 15mm bore, gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20mm bore, gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down AC eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (approx 110 mm bore), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 110 mm bore of 4 kg/CM Square pressure fixed to walls with MS clamps of 25 x 3 mm flat iron and fixed with 75 mm long screw with PVC gutties not exceeding 1.80 mtr centre to centre distance complete all as specied and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) fittings such as bends, tee, shoe etc; fixed to PVC pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors, sub-floors etc and finishing surfaces of concrete topping as even & fair or even & rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Building height upto two story)

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:3) on ceiling and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces on ceiling including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered wall including cornices & pillasters etc as per manufacturer's specification & instruction including preparation of surface, complete all as specified

M & L for appling a coat of cold bituminous primer over cleaned plastered surface @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer ploymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum wt 3.50 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/Sqm ) manufactured by M/S STP Ltd/IWL India Ltd or as per list of make in tender documents approved by GE, laid as per the manufactures instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces if required & finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) as on roof top surfaces, parapet, vertica surfaces of finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Only toka sand will be used as coarse sand in this item

M & L for removal of old roof treatment and cleaning of RCC roof top including removal of small plants/vegetations

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia including taking down old steel complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
