Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound HT-AVR, 11 KV/11 KV rated, outdoor type, oil immersed, naturally cooled ONAN, rated temperature rise in oil & winding 50/55 degree centigrade complete with standard fittings of capacity 800 KVA, ONAN Cooled Oil Immersed Copper Wound OUTDOOR HT-AVR ON-Load Stepless Rolling Contact type suitable for balanced Supply and unbalanced Load suitable for Input supply : 8.8 KV to 12.1KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz and Output supply : 11 KV + 1%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, consisting of step down transformer double wound, star/ delta connected with vector group DYN11 with on load tap changer (OLTC) + Remote ap cubicle changer (RTCC) panel+ Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) with approx 17 step position and tapping range +10% to -20% in steps of 1.875% each or nearest as per OEM design, on load stepless rolling contact type regulator, auto wound delta connected, booster transformer, double wound open / open, automatic control gear consists of followings :-

(d) The Contractor shall submit technical specifications and General Arrangement drawings of OEM for approval of GE before placing order. (e)The Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements for pre-despatch inspection at manufacturer site or digital e-testing as directed by AO to be arranged and for pre-commissioning test by AEI/ESO / rep nominated by HQ CE (A&N) Zone after installation. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 6.35/11 KV grade (Earthed system cable) of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, sand cushioning, concrete cable covers, GI pipe protection for road crossings, HT termination joints will be measured and paid separately.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV Switch air break, gang operated, triple pole with drop out fuses and 12 insulators, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and MS channel frame, with operating mechanism made out of 25 mm dia G.I medium grade pipe suitable for operation from ground level with locking arrangement complete for current rating 200 Amps including necessary ACSR jumpers/pad clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT lightening arrestor metal oxide type (gap less) heavy duty single pole suitable for 12 KV rated highest system voltage, long duration distribution discharge class type, IP 55 Degree of protection, 100(kVp) at 65 kA High current impulse withstand voltage and 9 KV Arrestor rating with normal discharge current of 10 KA complete with all fittings conforming to IS: 3070 part-3 effectively connected with earthing system complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Manufacturer's test certificate for lighting arrestor shall be produced before claiming for payment.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade XLPE cable for outdoor end termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for cable size 3core, 95 Sqmm including testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and erection in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) all as specified duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externaly for embeded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on remaining exposed surfaces after errection complete, painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and red alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where required complete all as specified and directed. Note : PCC in foundation, coping, Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal) will be measured and paid separately under relavent items.
