Dismantling wooden boardings/panels in lining of walls and floooring, including supporting members and including stacking within 50 meters lead : Thickness above 10mm upto 25mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Providing and Fixing Prelaminated HD, AC IV of approved brand, of planks 8mm thick on walls & floors including cost of supporting memberas of 5mm, foam layer for floor and supporting members and framework to support plank like runners 2"x1.5" @600 mm centrer to centre hortizontally and vertically whereever required as directed by EIC fixing with rawal plugs and screws , jams , studs ,ply boards 12mm@ 600mm etc in level and plum to be measured in fitted and finished form colour and pattern as approved by competent authority & ENGINEER IN CHARGE .excluding angle and cornice ( OF APPROVED BRAND AND MAKE AS DIRECTED EIC)

Providing and fixing MDFC beadings, cornices, profiles of desired matching colour with the planks where ever required as directed by EIC, complete job

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/moulded beading or Taj beading of size 18x5mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/nails as per directions of the engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance > 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’.
