The stand should be grouted firmly inground with cement concrete grade 1:1.5:3. iv) The board should be guarded will safety nets as per attached drawings. v) Adequate lighting should be provided with complete electrical wiring the cable from guide map of size 2x6 sqmm size is to be provided and fixed up to nearest power supply points. vi) The supporting structure for fixing of glow sign board should be made as per attached drawing. vii) The work also includes painting on entire structure as well as glow sign board. Foundation work of foundation in M-20 RCC including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering backfilling & removal of excess earth as per drawing.
Supply of steel structure in single section. Built up section/frame from M.S. black pipes (medium duty) as per IS-1239 (part -1) 1979 with connecting plate and anchor bolts including cutting welding bolting fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, including foundation bolts.
Supply & Fixing of overhead Gantry and Cantilever type XI retro Reflective sign plate made out of 3.00 mm thick Alummum Composite panel faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter & logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of Aluminum sheeting. The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy/powder coating . This sheet shal be fixed on a frame of 40x40x5 angle lron
