Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25mm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting points complete all as spcified and directed.

M/L for Sand cushioning for underground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable with clean dry river sand in trenches including spreading, leveling etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Punned down thickness 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class ‘B’ designation 75 complete all as specified.

Supply and laying 40mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 50mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earthing plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised Iron strip of size 25x4mm by means of bolts, nut check nuts and washers earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1;2:4), type B-1 reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and MS frame taking out unserviceable earthing etc, complete all as specified.

Notes:- (i) The unit rate includes galvanised iron earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. (ii) The complete earth system shall be guaranted to give result less than 1 ohm resistance. (iii) Complete earthing will be redone at no extra cost to department, if result is found below 1 ohm. all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated inculding brazing/testing on completion.

All as per Item No. 9 here-in-before but using copper plate of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick electrode and 20 mm x3mm copper strip as earthing lead and taking out unserviceable copper earthing complete Notes:- (i) The unit rate includes copper earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. (ii) The complete earth system shall be guaranteed to give result less than 1 ohm resistance. (iii) Complete earthing will be redone at no extra cost to department, if result is found below 1 ohm.

Chemical earthing using mixture of copper sulphate (CuSo4) -100 Kg, common salt-200 Kg and charcoal-300 Kg complete with copper plate 90 cm x 60 cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 3.50 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.50 metre below normal ground level and the mixture should be filled 15 cm above top edge of earth plate to achieve result less than one ohm resistance including copper strip 32 mm x 6 mm size (upto test point) by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1;2:4), type B-1 reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and MS frame etc, complete all as specified. S&F earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on backalite insulator or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing with GI nuts ,bolts and washers etc as required 25x4mm galvanised iron strips including taking down existing strip complete all as specified.

S&F earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on backalite insulator or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduite/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing with AL nuts ,bolts and washer etc as required 25x3mm aluminium strips including taking down existing strip complete all as specified.

S&F earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on backalite insulator or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduite/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing with copper nuts ,bolts and washer etc as required 20x3mm copper strips including taking down existing strips complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing earthing indicator of size 30cmx25xm made out of 3mm thick MS sheet support of angle Iron frame of size 25x4 mm including necessary painting, writing and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 with necessary cutting holes on walls complete all as per site requirement as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded coarse aggregate for coping of Existing/New poles/plinth blocks of HT/LT poles, in front of outdoor panel board etc finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old burnt and unserviceable cable from underground of any size or any type complete.

M/L for in replacement of factory made LT feeder pillar box of size 800mmx800mmx500 mm with 4 strip copper bus bar (200 Amp, 1100 volt grade, 600 mm long duly sleeved with relevant coloured sleeve = 01 set)cubical outdoor type, weather proof , fabricated out 14 SWG MS sheet, welded on 40 X 40 X 6 mm long below angle iron frame & having four Nos of angle iron legs made out of 40 X 40 X 6 mm- 120 cm long angle iron legs for grouting in floor with Plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundation of suitable size with front,rear door having locking arrangements openable , bottom space for cable entry with & including painted darken grey with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Disconnecting of exisiting cable connections of LT panels from supply mains and worn out wiring of the same along with fixtures such as volt meter, ampere meter with CTs and slector switches, circuit breakers etc and to carry out repair/replacement works as following :

(i) Re-wiring of LT panel with 10 sq mm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable with copper lugs of suitable size

(iv) Supply and fix LED indicator lamps in RBY colour

Surface dressing nexc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil incl cutting of grass/trimming of all bushes/small trees etc surrounding the area of installations, double pole structure, panels, bus bar chamber etc complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The item shall be executed twice in three months, the payment shall be made as one time in the same location.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 125800.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 107 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender
