Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in depth.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50metre above the starting point.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks) laid flat abutting each other with width of protection being equal to length of brick. The gap between adajcent bricks shall not exceed 10 mm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

laying only Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (retrieved undamaged old sub class 'B' bricks during excavation for laying of cable) with width of protection equal to length of brick laid flat abutting each other with width of protection being equal to length of brick. M & L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand (Tibba Sand) including punning gently (up to 23 cm depth ,8 cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable) all as specified and directed. Note: - Thickness after punning will be measured for payment.

Taking out old U/S LT U/G cable of following sizes :-

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc of following sizes including dismantling & taking down existing pipe :-

(a) 80mm bore

(b) 50mm bore

M&L for drilling hole under road for laying of U/G cable through pipe of size up to 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting old existing non functional street light fitting of any size/type complete from poles as directed by Engineer in charge in AOR of AGE E/M Niwaru. Note :- (i) T&P required for repair/mantenance such as ladder, Crane vehicle, menpower etc, are inclusive in the item rate.

Supply and fixing street light fitting LED type of capacity 45 Watt with PDC aluminium body and toughened glass visor fittted in frame, secondary optical lens for superior light distribution, Efficacy>= 110 Lm/W, 5700K, driver efficiency>= 85%,Power factor>=0.95 IP66 protected to be fixed in existing bracket at extg poles/bldgs all as specified & as directed.Make- Polycab cat part no-PCGLS T1 45 N or equivelent in Havells,C&S as approved by GE (Note :- (i) T&P required for repair/mantenance such as ladder, Crane vehicle, menpower etc, are inclusive in the item rate. (ii)Rate of necessary arrangement for fixing LED light on existing bracket like reducer or extention of pipe by suitable size of GI pipe as per dia of LED light by welding etc are inclusive in the quoted rate.)

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm 2 core cable, PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor(flexible) industrial cable, 1100 volt, confirming to IS :694 including replacement of old unsv cable. Note- (i) Cable is reqd to be connected from street light to junction box with proper lugs. (ii) T&P required for repair/mantenance such as ladder, Crane vehicle, menpower etc, are inclusive in the quoted rate.

S& F in replacement cable junction box of size 260x210x116mm for outdoor installation IP-65 protected made of poly carbonate with necessary clamps (2 Nos) for mounting on poles, comprising with copper bus bar for 3 phases and neutral of required amps capacity for cable size 16/35 sqmm 4 core, phase and neutral fixed on porcelain insulator and MCB, SP 0.5 to 6 amps, 10 KA - 01 Nos complete including taking down old unsv junction box complete. Make- Hensel cat part K8350 or equivalent in Sintex/ legrand/indokop

S& F in replacement cable junction box of size 210x310x116mm for outdoor installation IP-65 protected made of poly carbonate with necessary clamps (2 Nos) for mounting on poles, comprising with copper bus bar for 3 phases and neutral of required amps capacity for cable size 25/35/50 sqmm 4 core, phase and neutral fixed on porcelain insulator and MCB, SP 0.5 to 6 amps, 10 KA - 01 Nos complete including taking down old unsv junction box complete. S & F digital time switch 110- 240 V AC 1 C/O Base /DIN 25 ON/OFF all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make- L&T cat No. 67DDT0 or equivalent in seimens/ command approved list

S & F contactor 22 Amp for street light timer, three phase 415 V AC 50 Hz all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge of Make- Siemens cat part serius 3 RT2317-1APOO or equivalent in L&T/ command approved list or as approved by GE.

Material and labour for taking out the existing panel after all connection to be disconnected and commissioning at other location(distance not exceeding 300meters) and testing to LT feeder piller after installation on suiatable size angle iron frame(height of base should be min 450mm above ground) and angle frame should be fixed on PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and size of the base 1200x700x200mm thick ,panel should be grouted on the PCC by Nut bolt of size 5mm dia10 cm long 4 Nos including connection of earthing strip and cable by necessary joint of cable and earthing strip and replace the U/s lugs as per site requirement and as directed by EIC.

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.8m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed. Note 1- following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (j) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. Note 2 - On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Cost of Demolition and dismantaling of concrete in groung floors and paving(cement concrete unreinforced upto depth of 30 cm) shall be inclusive of above quoted price.Note:- 3. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drown in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip. ( Note:- Cost of connection of earth continuity conductor with down conductors/earth termination point shall be inclusive in above quoted price.)

Supply and Lay pipe galvanised medium class 50 mm bore including fittings and making surfaces good. ( Note:- cost of protection pipe burried upto 600mm within ground will be inclusive in above quoted price.)
