S&F sub class B bricks of size 230mmx115mmx70mm having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 01 here in before complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for demolition of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 50 mm Thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge of following sizes:- Read : Note : (i) Excavation, earth work, cable protection, sand fillings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule. S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.of following bore sizes

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply, fixing and testing straight through joint heat shrinkable type with jointing kit suitable for cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge for the following sizes :-

Material and labour for disconnecting faulty /burnt end or portion of cable by removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work , suitable size of thimble LT tap , relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for 16 Sqmm 3.5 core to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to LT Panel/pole/main switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement MCB DP, 63 Amps, 50 Hz, 10 KA, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, 50 Hz, 10 KA, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 25X4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanized ironsides complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply and fixing in replacement of outdoor type wall mounted Busbar chamber having 04 pole busbar of rating 200 amps fitted with MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole , 25 KA, 50 Hz as incomer including suitable hole in bus bar for outgoing cable connection including suitable size nut bolt and fasyner complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement of size not less than 400mm x 400mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 400 Amps aluminum bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 25 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for carrying out balance distribution of load on LT Lines by checking the existing load on the feeder (3 phase,4wire system) and accordingly shifting & connecting service cables to another phase conductor in accordance with balancing of Electric load. submit feeder wise report for before load balancing and after load balancing as per format given including maintenance of LT panel i.e. tinting of all nuts, bolts, washers, cleaning of LT panel dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply drawing, connecting and testing of 3 core, 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed copper conductor (flexible ) industrial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from KIOSK box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanized iron strip 32 X 6 mm for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding of installation/LT Panel and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F of stranded aluminium conductor cable PVC sheathed unarmoured, 1100 Volts, flat twin core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. of following sizes:-

Material and labour in replacement of Retro Reflective installation sign boards of size 12 feet x 4 feet fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet frame duly welded/riveted with MS square pipe of size 25mm x25mm at height 9.00 meter above ground level on stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 80mm bore embaded 75 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cmx45cmx75cm including necessary excavation and earth work .The steel portion of the board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front & back of the frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base painter adhesive tape. The wiriting matter will be in English language on both sides with reflective adhesive painter tapes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminum paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Note :Contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge.
