To qualify for Award of this contract, (i) Each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid PWD / Electrical Inspectorate electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works totaling amount (not less than 50% of the electrical works) in any one year for the last five years. 50% Amount Rs. 9,20,000.00

Enclose the list of work performed as prime contractor (In the same name) on works of similar nature during the last 5 years i.e. for 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 as per sub clause table 1.3 of section 3 of standard bid document (as per relevant table). The quantities of work executed as prime contractor (in the same name) during the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 as per sub clause 1.4 of section 3 of standard bid document, as per relevant table.

To qualify for Award of this contract, (i) Each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. B) Satisfactory completed (at least 50% of contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar nature work of (single building work only with water supply / sanitary and electrification works) in State Government /Central Government / Public Sector Undertaking / Municipal Corporations of State Government /Central Government shall be with RCC framed structure including Excavation, PCC works, RCC footings, RCC roof, RCC columns and Beam works, value not less than Rs. 1,67,20,169.00. This has to be supported by the certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer.

Current certificate of the Registration in KPWD/CPWD.

Each tenderer should further demonstrate liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of Rs. 1,00,32,101.00 amount put to tender (Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc, shall be enclosed as per the format under KW manual section 1.10 of section-3 of standard bid document. The format / information shall be as per certificate mentioned in the standard bid document.

The agency shall submit Statement indicating I. Existing commitments and ongoing works The above statements should be furnished as per clauses 1.5 (A) of Section 3 of Qualification information of Standard Bid document (as per the table). These documents shall be countersigned by engineer in-charge not below the rank of Executive Engineer. A) Existing Commitments and on-going works Description of work, Place and state, Contract No. & Date Name and address of employer, Value of contract (Rs. Lakhs), Stipulated period of completion, Value of works remaining to be completed (Rs. Lakhs), Anticipated date of completion

The agency shall submit Statement indicating - ii. Works for which tenders are already submitted The above statements should be furnished as per clauses 1.5(B) of Section 3 of Qualification information of Standard Bid document (as per the table). These documents shall be countersigned by engineer in-charge not below the rank of Executive Engineer. A) Works for which tenders already submitted: Description of work, Place & State, Name and address of employer, Estimated value of works (Rs. Lakhs), Stipulated period of completion, Date when decision is expected, Remarks if any.

The tenderer has to furnish the details of Technical Personnel working/Associated with him.

The tenderer shall furnish the signed information on litigations (if any) in which the tenderer is involved. Other party (ies), Employer, Details of dispute, Amount involved, Remarks showing present status (Please refer notification for relevant table)

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: Availability by owning / hiring of the required/specified key and critical equipments for this work as per the table appended here with by giving information about brief specification of the equipment as per 1.6 of clause 3.3 (a Availability by owning at least 50% of the required following key and critical equipments for this work (b) the remaining 50 % can be deployed on lease/hire for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.,) for availability for this work are furnished) in respect of this agreement copy should be enclosed for hiring. Bid capacity- the bidder shall necessarily enclose duly filled and completed tender capacity in enclosed format.

Income tax returns of preceding last three years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

The agency shall submit the total value of Civil Engineering Construction works executed and payments received in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 as per sub clause 1.2 of section 3 of standard bid document (as per relevant table). Enclose the certificate from chartered accountant with chartered accountant UDIN number.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer / agency in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years, turnover equal to Rs. 6,68,80,674.00 for each individual work (In all classes of civil engineering construction works). In support of this claim, he has to provide year wise turnover certificate of duly certified by the Chartered Accountant with chartered accountant UDIN number as per sub clause 3.2. (a) of section 2 of standard bid document.

The proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment planning and deployment, duly supported with broad calculations and quality control procedures proposed to be adopted, justifying their capability of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion as per milestones.
