Drilling of 125 mm dia. bore well using ODEX Method of drilling and simultaneously driving of 125 mm dia. ERW Casing Pipe as per the strata encountered. The Job includes extraction of MS casing pipe if any required during the drilling work. The job includes cost of material & labour charges.

Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe. The 125mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004 (Heavy C – Class) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside bead free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be bead free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments.

Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set along with of suitable parameters depending upon the depth and discharge of the bore hole of reputed make viz. KSB, Crompton, Kirlosker, CRI, LUBI, Calama etc. or equivalent make conforming to relevant IS Code. The job includes erection of tripod stand and fixing of chain pulley block. Then lowering of submersible pump set in to the bore hole by way of providing and lowering of 32 mm dia. HDPE/UPVC Pipe, submersible cable with fixtures such as rope, clamp, nuts, bolts & washers. Fabrication and fitting of well cap. Providing, fitting and installation of single-phase starter cum controller panel in sheet enclosure outdoor type conforming to IS standard. Providing and laying of 2.5 sq. mm 3 Core submersible cable 2-Core PVC insulated AL. Service Cable as service line required from LT Pole to starter panel of reputed make. Making of electrical connections with the starter panel, service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof.
