Earth work in Bulk excavation by machanical means ( Hydraulic Excavator) over areas (exceeding 30Cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50mtrs & lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer In-charge in all kinds of soil.

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete from slab, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc, and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer - In-Charge 75mm average thickness.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening , cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete thermo mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D all more.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, proping etc & removal form for :-

Foundation, footings, bases of colums etc for mass concrete.

Walls any thickness including attached pilasters, vuttresses, plinth & string courses etc.

Suspended floors roofs landings balconies and access plateforms.

Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate) 40mm nominal size including curing but excluding the cost of centring & shuttering. All work upto required level including cost & carriage of all materials.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4mix ( 1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) 20mm nominal size including curing but excluding the cost of centring & shuttering. All work upto required level including cost & carriage of all materials.

Providing & laying in position machine batched & machine mixed design mix M-35 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of aentering, shuttering, finshing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including cost & carriage of all materials.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain concrete with power driven drill machine (hilty technique) to a minimum depth of 450mm to 500mm in Rcc beams, lintels columns and slabs to introduce 20mm dis anchor bolts including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make all complete as per drections of Engineer-In-Charge including cost & carriage of all materials.

Providing & injucting Epoxy injuction grout in concrete / RCC work of approved make in proposition recommended by the manufacturer into cracks / honey - comb area of concrete by suitable gun / pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as oper Engineer -In-Charge (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected) including cost & carriage of all materials.

Structural steel work in built up sections,trusses & framed work, including cutting, hositing, fixing in position & applying priming coat of approved steel primer complete including cost & carriage of all materials.

Providing & fixing of 25mm dia anchor bolts 500mm long for fixing the base plates including cost & carriage of all materials.

Providing & fixing of railing pipes of 4.5mm thickness of 65mm dia, 50mm dia, 45mm dia, including sockets, joints & elbows class "B" GI pipes of Prakash Surya / Jindal make including cost & carriage of all materials.

Note :- (i)The department material if any supplied by the corporation shall be recovered at the stock rates prevalent at that time. (ii) The key construction material viz cement and steel shall be of approved make as per the instructions / approval of Engineer-In-Charge.
