1. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and 1.5 mtr wide in soft/loose soil including PCC path/road /texi track crossing point any type any size for laying of pipe lines including getting out complete materials all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note (i) Excavation work shall be carred out mannually only. JCB mahcine will not be permitted for excavation due to LT/HT under ground cable and water supply /sewage lines laid in the area. (ii) In case any Lt/HT cable or water supply /sewage line get damaged during excavation, the same shall have to be repaired immediately with the time period by the contractor at his own cost. -9 cum 2. Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well raming in layers not execeeding 25cm thick, as in soft/loose soil and etc material, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.- 15 cum 3. Removal of excavtaed material (surplus soil) to a distance not execcding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. - 1 cum 4. Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, taxi track, runway crossing point etcany type any size by trenchless technology using ultra sound techinque or by manualy boring method of hole technique and necessary machine work for passing 15mm to 50mm dia bore GI pipe line system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. - 5 - RM 5. Material and Labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of suitable size 60cmx60cmx60cm (internal dimensions) with frame of angle iron work of size 40x40x6mm and MS sheet cover 3mm thick and locking arrangements and handle duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including all excavaion and connected work alongwith dismantling work of old valve pit system and removal of retrieved unservicable material outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.- 02 Each Job 6. Drilling and tapping including making of hole in CI/DI/GI pipe line system in any position for the purposed of branch pipe line connections with having of the internal dia 15mm including supply and fix brass ferrule for branch connection alongwith providing suitable size of GI nipple etc complete all as specified and directed. - 01 Each Jon 7. All as per above serial item No 7 here-in-before 20mm bore - 01 Each Job. 8. Supply and laying in trenches /fied along walls or laid under floors, glavanised iron pipe 40mm bore alongwith all type/size fittings, medium grade, including duly fixed with existing branch pipeline connections works and tested, complete all as specified and directed. Note - returning filling and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.- 20 RM 9. All as per above serial item No 9 here-in-before 25mm bore - 25 RM. 10. All as per above serial item No 9 here-in-before 20mm bore - 25 RM. 11.All as per above serial item No 9 here-in-before 15mm bore - 15 RM 12. Supply and fixing Gun Metal Globe /gate valve with iron wheel head, spigot/socket ends suitable for 40mm bore pipe (ISI marked) including cutting of existing pipes lines and insertion of threaded/ union (ISI marked) inculding taking down old valve and removal, complete all as specified and directed. - 02 Each job 13.
