Appointment of Network Bandwidth Service Provider for providing Internet Lease Lines at MSEDCL Corporate Office & Software Cell Locations for period of 3 Years.

1.The bidder should be a single company registered / incorporated in India under companies act 1956 and 2013 or LLP with registered office in India and should have been in operation in India. The Bidder should have been in operation for a period of at least 3 years in Telecom industry.

2.Bidder should be a National Long Distance Service Provider or IP VPN service provider/Basic Service Operator having own Internet leased line network under license from GoI. This License should be valid during the contract period.

3.Bidder should have valid PAN and GSTIN number.

4.Bidder should have cumulative turnover of at least Rs. 8 Crore for the last three audited financial years.

5.Bidder should have Supplied, Installed, Integrated, Tested and Commissioned MPLS or Internet or Point to Point Leased Lines in any sector, during preceding seven years (till the date of bid submission) fulfilling any one of the following criteria:

a.One similar work order/contract equivalent to at least Rs.1.3 Crores.

b.Two similar work orders/contracts costing not less than Rs.84 Lakhs each.

c.Three similar work orders/contracts costing not less than Rs.67 Lakhs each.

6.The Bidder should have relevant ISO 9001:2015 or TL 9000.

7.Bidder should have more than 1 Lac Kilometers route fiber laid globally

8.The bidder must not be under a declaration of ineligibility / banned / blacklisted by any State or Central Government / any other Government institutions in India for any reason as on last date of submission of the Bid or convicted of economic offence in India for any reason as on last date of submission of the Bid. Bidder should comply all conditions mentioned in MSEDCL POLICY & PROCEDURE FOR DEBARRING OF AGENCY (enclosed as Appendix 1).

9.Bidder Should submit no deviation certificate as per format mentioned in RFP
