Collection & preparation of coal sa,ples at coal analyas laboratry of BOCP as per instruction ELC (Two years)

Cleaning of groung water tank at different locations of mines as per direction of Engineer in charge (cleaning once at every six months)(upto 15000 litre capacity)

Cleaning of ove head water tank(HDPE/Masonary)by applying bleaching powder,washing thetank neatly as per instruction of ELC cleaning once at every six months)(up to 2000 litre capacity)

Upkeeping of concrete pavement/ Black topped roads excluding coal transport road by brooming and disposal of collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of drains including removal of earth/ slush/ mud/ silt etc. from drains including disposal of the same within a lead of 50 metres.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Carriage of Materials By Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking Earth Lead-1 km

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
