MTPS I Civil Circle Repair and Improvement works - Providing New MS gate including RCC Cover slab for cable trench, Hydrogen gas room in Unit II area of GT yard at MTPS I

Removing the existing damaged RCC precast cover slab of assorted size and stacking nearby the site (or) within 2Km as the case may be and as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all lead & lift, labour charges, etc. complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm metal, including cost of all materials, labour charges for pillar and placing the slab in position, form work charges, curing, lead &lift etc., complete but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Providing MS/RTS reinforcement for pre-cast cover slab including cost of steel, labour charges, binding wire, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Plastering in C.M 1:5 , 12 mm thick for pillar wall surfaces including cost of all materials, charges for removing old plastering, labour charges ,curing, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of double leaf M.S. Gate made up of using GI Pipe for frame all round with weld mesh of size 25 X 25 mm, 10 Gauge, stiffener using suitable size MS flat/ angle, aldrop, tower bolts, hinges including cost of all materials labours, lead, lift etc, complete.

Painting the new Iron work with two coats of Enamel paint of approved quality and colour over one coat of red oxide primer as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, safety appliances, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Placing the precast slab in position by transporting through head load from the casting place and properly placed as directed by the department engineer at site incuding cost of materials, labour charges, leads& Lift etc., complete.
