Repair to 5000 GPH x 220 meter head HC pump alongwith allied works at pumping station Sangaldan stage-0. The job includes disconnecting of incoming electric supply, decoupling of job pump and motor, unfastening the pump from the base frame, suction and delivery network, shifting / carriage of pump from pumping station to workshop for repair using tools and tackles, manual labour and mechanical transport. Dismantling the pump and extraction of internal assembly at workshop. Providing, fabrication and fitting of new impeller-01no. (as per existing sample and material, neck rings-06 nos. as per existing sample, impeller bushes-06 no. diffusers bushes-05 nos. protection sleeves-02no. new bearings-02 nos. (1 each on NDE and DE) as per existing sample. The job also includes repairs to impellers 03nos. including repair to shaft alongwith greasing and gland packing work. Assembling the pump and shifting back to site of installation. Lowering the pump with help of manual labour / tools and tackles on base frame making alignment and levelling, securing with fasteners including providing and fitting of new coupling bolts, nuts and washer as per existing sample / specification and making electrical connections. Job also includes painting of base frames and suction / delivery pipes / control valves etc. by way of cleaning the surface by wiring brush and painting of base frame alongwith suction, delivery lines and control valves by way of applying single coat of anti-rust primer and thereafter two coats of high definition enamel paint of any reputed make (Nerolac/Asian/ equivalent). Testing for any leakages and taking necessary rectification measures thereafter. Complete job includes cost of material, manual labour charges, head load charges, mechanical transportation charges, loading / unloading charges, tools and tackles etc.
