S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in verticle surfaces 350 x 250 x 7 / 450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3.

S&F in Repairs PVC Water tanks Lids / covers with PVC Locking device for tank capacity in liters Exc 500, n exc 2000 .

S&F in Repairs PVC Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 Liter (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and Dismantling water tanks and removing to store.

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel lmm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable waste coupling along with PVC waste pipe and S&F new CP coupling and PVC waste pipe 32mm dia incluiding washer to WHB.

All as per above item but for 32 to 40mm dia for kitchen shink.

Removal of unserviceable urinal waste pipe including coupling and S&F new PVC waste coupling and waste pipe screwed to the urinal pot.

S&F in repairs 2-in-1 bib cock CP long shank with flange, regular half turn with foam flow 15mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling floor trap by dismantaling floor finishes and subbase of any size and pattern and S&F PVC floor trap 75mm dia, plain with greating incl jointing with solvent cement to the existing pipe and making good the damaged portion with PCC 1:2:4 and top surface finish to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm PTMT ball valve with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed Min wt 25mm-455 grms ,high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipes fixed.

Taking down unserviceable Gl items such as elbo ,elbo reducer 20 to 15,Tee,Tee reducer (20 to 15) ,union,socket ,nipple etc and supplying and fixing new item to existing Gl pipe of 15mm dia (Only fittings to be measured)

S&F in repair PTMT greating doom 125 mm dia (minimum wt 40gms)

Repair to bib tap /pillar tap by replaceing spindle and rubber washer and refixing the new brass spindle and rubber washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Repairs Bib taps 15mm in size, cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron for fixing .
