1.Strengthening the road from Kovilur-Antipattakadu Road in km 0/0-2/100 R-10 PUR) in Thirumanur block of Ariyalur District Under TNRRIS Savings Fund (2021-22) Package No : TN 30-01. Clearing and Grubing Road Land Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, ,bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 201.(In area of thorny jungle)

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. (Gravel shoulder)

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) over WMB/WMM surface of base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 7.00 kg/ using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification .

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 2.5 kg per 10 sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with prime & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification

Bituminous Macadam : Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finished to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H speciications clause 507 complete in all respects

Centering, shuttering and strutting to the soffits of RCC slabs and beams including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete.
