60 Months (5 years) for Experience Operation, Maintenance and Management of 5 years –comprising Tourism sensitive Zones, Ecotourism activities, adventure activities, Accommodation (Eco loghuts), theme Parks, food and beverage outlets, restaurants and retail and Interpretation Centre, along with Site Development / Landscape / Building services like illumination, Electrical works /plumbing (internal and external) etc. including 5 years Operation and maintenance experience as per 9.2 Bill of Quantities.
