Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work, concrete in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 05 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick masonary or other than fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measrued and paid for separately)

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc, including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on surface of wall including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specidfied and directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of white wash including preparation old surfaces of walls etc complete all as specidfied and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment making the surface smooth and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal of pipe 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 but 20mm bore.

S&F 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item No 13 but fixing only complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) two layers, capacity 1000 litres, ISI marked including all accessories, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, 20mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut, including dismantling of old tank and removal complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item 17 but capacity 500 litres

S&F in repair 20 mm bore dia gun metal globe or gate valves, cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type, ISI marked with crutch or butter fly handles screwed down screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not specifically provided for including removal of rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type " B1 " ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in seismic, plinth and similar bands, coping, kerbs, cills, steps, parapets, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, railings up to 60 cm in height, water troughs and the like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work (Item also applied for broken RCC chajjas and roof projection ) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tile or terracing tiles single layer on roof including removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth including mixing of WPC complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for seprately)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding of roof , including removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3.6mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end overlap of membrane. (d) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

M&L for 80mm thick, M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any colour, shape and size conforming to IS- 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, benching on chajjas , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm graded coarse stone aggregate for hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 100 mm thick as in sub base type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/hard standing laid complete all as specifie and directed.

M&L for Forming contraction (Dummy ) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specifie and directed.

All as per item 52 but 30mm deep x 10mm wide.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete hardstanding/road rough by brooming when concrete is still green complete all as specified and directed

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 9400.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
