PART - A ( HOT & COLD INSULATION )
Cleaning of surface, supply of insulation and other necessary materials, testing of material as required and carry out hot and cold insulation on pumps, turbines, tanks, vessels, boilers, pipe lines, bends, tees, valves, flanges, domes, manhole covers, flat surfaces, etc. at all heights including transportation to work site, loading necessary scaffolding including labour, tools, tackles, supervision and completion of work in all respects as per drawing, specifications standards and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

PART - B ( SPRAY INSULATION )
Cleaning of surface of Turbine supply of insulation material and other necessary material, testing of material as required & carry out spray insulation on turbines at all heights including transportation to work site providing necessary scaffolding
Plastering of pumps, turbines & piping with hard setting CAT-9 plaster & painting with oil resistant paint
PART - C ( MISC )
Application of New 22 SWG Aluminum sheeting to be supplied & fixed by the Contractor.
Application of old used Aluminum sheet to be supplied by NFL.
Removal of Aluminum sheeting (old).
Removal of wool mattres (old)
Removal of cold insulation.
Supply & application of Aluminum foil 0.1mm thk.
Supply & application of Vapor barrier.
Supply & application of protective coating on under ground piping.
(a) Supply & application of asbestos cloth pads with mineral wool up to thickness 50 mm.
(b) Supply & application of asbestos cloth pads with mineral wool above 50 mm and up to 100 mm thk.
Supply & application of Asbestos fluff cementing.
Application of new 22 SWG G.I. class-I sheeting to be supplied & fixed by the contractor.
