Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in ratio of 2: 1 by volume (2 parts or stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% and 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 40%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish & surplus earth if any with all leads & lifts (cost of manure or sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) Holes 1.2m dia and 1.2m deep

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (a). Ordinary soil

Excavation in dumped stones or mulba including stacking of serviceable & unserviceable material separately & disposal of unserviceable material lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m disposed material to be neatly dressed.

Spreading of sludge, dung manure or/and good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, dung manure or/and good earth to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing M.S. flat iron tree guard 60cm dia & 2 m high above ground level, formed of 4 nos. 25 x 6mm and 8 nos. 25 x 3mm vertical M.S. flat iron rings in two halves, bolted together with 8mm dia and 30 mm long bolts including painting two coats with paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of priming, complete in all respects.

Supply and Filling with approved black garden soil and filling of the same in soft landscape areas at depths as specified by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, stacking and Planting Paspalum sp (Crab grass) at site including supplying of 10cm Good earth , royalty , carriage, Soil preparation, vermicompost and Neem cake complete as specified by enginner in-charge

Maintenance of all the soft landscape areas trees, lawn as per horticultural specification including the cost of water irrigation system flexible pipe,supply and garden implements such as bush cutter, secatures,brooms, rakes etc. Supply of Manure and Plant protection Formulations, including spraying/application as per need and removal and replacement of dead plants and lawn, sweeping and removal of dead leaves on every day as specified by consultants and disposing of the same in an area as instructed on site, for a period of 5 years from the date of issue of completion certificate by the Engineer in charge .
