i) Prices quoted by bidder shall be firm during execution of the contract / order and not subject to variation on any account. ii) If different unit ex-works prices/packing and forwarding charges are quoted by bidder for multiple items having same manufacturer part no and item description , then the lowest unit ex-works price/packing and forwarding charges quoted will be considered for evaluation and placement of order. iii) Interchangeability certificate shall be provided by bidder wherever there is change in part numbers iv) Bidder to quote merit rate of GST applicbale as on bid submission date. However, Concessional rate of GST shall be payable by ONGC against submission of EC. In case EC is not provided by ONGC then the merit rate of GST will be applicable. v) Option Clause: ONGC reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25% of tendered quantity at the time of placement of contract/PO. ONGC also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract/PO at the contracted rates. Supplier shall be bound to accept such enhancement in order quantity. The Delivery Period/Completion period shall be as per contract/PO delivery period from date of such enhancement in order quantity or as mutually agreed between ONGC and supplier.
