M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunkensurfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface gunny bags to remove with all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 grade in semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibratory roller exc. 8 tonne to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The mix shall be mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver only. (ii) The mix shall be prepared by designing through job mix formula all as specified from Govt. engg college / Govt approved lab/HBTI. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete will be comprising of 2% filler material (OPC 43 grade cement). (v) Cost of testing charges, material & transportation for job mix formula shall be deemed included in the rate quoted.

M&L premix bituminous macadam ("Grade II" as specified in MORTH specification Para 504), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50-75mm) using paving bitumen VG-30 grade as binder minimum 4.0% by weight to total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) The mix shall be mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver only. M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse agg(40 mm to 63 mm size) or (20mm to 50mm size) spred, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 ton power roller to agrdient and camber reqd with gravels, trap or basalt stome complete all as specified all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.0mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 15cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm deep and removing extracted material to out side of MoD land complete all as specified.

S&F direction CAT's Eyes of size (90mm x 110mm x 17mm), two retro reflector as approved by AGE(I), conforming to ASTM standard complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The same shall be fixed to the road surface by using the adhesive conforming to IS as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer in litreature. Make: 3M 290 series of model OS-777 of make OSCAR safety solution or equivalent model in Atlas security, safety or other equivalent model(Dark eye & Road Star) of makes given in Appendix 'B' duly approved by AGE (I).

S&F in replacement solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat Part No GSR 606 of Make 3M or Road star or Dark Eye

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall including cornices and apply two coat of cement based paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade heavy duty full body outer designer parking tiles 400 x 400 x 10 mm, in floors etc. of colour and design as approved by Engr-in-Charge, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cm 1:4 as in floors complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement sign board made out of 3mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet of size 1200mm x 1200mm including retro reflective sheeting on both side fixed on 50mm dia stainless steel pipe of Grade-304 (non scratchable) of wall thicness not less than 14 gauge including providing letters of not less than 75mm height fixed on position with 50mm dea stainless steel pipe (wall thickmess of pipe shall be not less than 14 gauge and vertical heihgt of board above GL should be 2.4 m & below GL60 cm deep) and stainless steel pipe embedded in PPC 1:3:6 type c-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in post holes of size 250mm x 600mm including 6mm thick mild steel base size 200mm x 200mm x 600mm including 6mm thick mild steel base plate of size 200mm x 200mm x 6mm thick for anchoring of post applying of two coats of anti corrosive paint on anchoring plate and writing letters and Nymbers on both sides of the board in Engligh or Hindi and Urde(as required at site) should be as per IRC 30-1968 using 3M matereal, Numbers of letters exc 50 but n exc. 250 on each side of the board etc complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- Square sign board should be cut in one corner in half of width & depth of it all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
