(e) After laying of all sewage/plumbing pipes with fixtures in position, apply two coats of polymeric based chemical as per manufactures instructions over bottom and sudes of sunken portion upto 600 mm height. (f) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with plyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. (g) Filling the sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 complete (h) Fixing of 50 mm dia CPVC pipe projecting 450 mm clear of face outer wall shall be provided to drain out seepage water if any. (i) S& F of 400X400mm size coloured Non skid tiles and including over a 15mm thick screed bed CM (1:6) (j) Testing of sunken as per specification mentioned in SSR part-I/ P.S. (NOTE : Floor Area shall be measured for payment).

M & L for prepration of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over and including 1-2mm thick wall care putty and one coat of priming coat of interior primer applied complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. Note- Distempering to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means)

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated surface of wall including brooming, washing, rubbing scraping down, Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 114.00 above but on ceiling.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood/wood based materials exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as directed and specified.

All as per item No. 116.00 above but on steel surfaces.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall including brooming, down, scrapping down smoke spot and stopping nails mark by filling Birla white putty and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of surface (complete removal) for application of water based epoxy resin coating of waterproofing for internal wall dampness and filling of cracks over & including CM (1:4) and making the surface smooth finished complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Complete removal of treatment/plaster(where needed) on internal walls and preparation of surface after rendering with CM(1:4) for application and making the surface wet .(b) apply first coat of Dr. fixit Dampguard in ratio (1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in one direction and leaving the coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs.(c) apply second coat of Dr. fixit dampguard in ratio(1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in perpendicular direction to the first coat applied and leaving the surface to dry for 24 hrs. Material: Dr. fixit Dampguard or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for 19mm thick prelaminated particle board both sides with decorative choice including necessary second class hard wood 6mm thick edging for cubpoard complete all as specified and directed.
