Note: (a)The work for sr item No.01 to 03 shall be executed directly by FOSROC company or their authorized applicator. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all kind of labours,tools and plants,scaffolding and working upto 25 mtr height from ground level. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts,ropes,helmets,safety net etc.Which are required for safety of working at height 25 mtr and all rates shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.

Dismantling/Chipping off loose concrete surfaces,pillout concrete ceiling of any type of structure of any thickness by chiselling or as directed by Engr-in-Chrage and removal of debries upto a distance of 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.(Complete removal surface to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment)

M & L for guniting with cement-coarse sand 1:3 with and including FOSROC Nitobond SBR mixed @ 1Ltr per 50kg cement and W/C ratio 0.45 used as per manufacturer's instruction using stotcrete pumps and allied equipment,uniform thickness of 30mm to 50mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.(Mixture shall be verified by Engineer-in-Chrage/JE inchrage for each batch on ground,without inform to authorities workdone shall be treated as cancelle)

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.(below or above ground level).

Material and labour for hard core of broken bricks of gauge n. exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-I (using 20 mm graded stone aggegate) as in plinth protection finished the surfaces even and smooth without

S & F glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick 38 mm wide and inserted in position to confirm design complete all as specified.

M&L75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete.
