TENDER FOR SWEEPING AND MAINTAINING INCLUDING REMOVAL OF GARBAGES FOR THE AREAS OF ROADS, YARDS, STAIRS OF ALL BLOCKS, COLLECTION OF GARBAGES FROM ALL THE UNITS, TOILET CLEANING WORK AT CHENNAI PORT AUTHORITY OFFICERS QUARTERS NEAR NAPIER BRIDGE

1. Sweeping and maintaining all the road surfaces and open yard areas/lawns/stair case surrounding the building of all the blocks (A,B,,D,E,F & NB of all Type - V Quarters) in the Chennai Port Authority Officers Quartes near Napier Bridge daily and maintaining in neat and tidy condition and keeping them free from dust, dry leaves, waste papers, garbages and other materials etc., including collecting and depositing the swept materials in the near by dustbins or at the designated areas as directed including clearing the water stagnation on the roads during the rainy seasons etc., all as directed at site including all labours, equipments, uniform, tools, materials, garbage cover, etc., complete. Note :- 1. Unskilled Labour engaged as per Minimum wages act daily Minimum 4 Nos should be engaged on all days including sundays and closed holidays 2. Equipments for the works paid separately. 3. Non posting of labours will be deducted at the rate as specified in tender conditions 4. The Tenderer should quote the rate in Execess(+) percentage only. If quoted Less (-) percentage the tenderer will be disqualified.

2. Collecting the garbages from all the units of Chennai Port Authority Officers Quarters and from all yards and staircase areas to keep the entire Chennai Port Authority Officers quarters during day time and all as directed, including depositing the collected garbage materials in to the Greater Chennai Corporation dustbins, as directed at site including all labour, equipments, uniform, tools, materials, garbage cover, etc., complete. Note :- 1. Unskilled Labour engaged as per Minimum wages act daily Minimum 2 Nos should be engaged on all days including sundays and closed holidays. 2. Equipments for the works paid separately 3. Non posting of labours will be deducted at the rate as specified in tender conditions 4. The Tenderer should quote the rate in Execess(+) percentage only. Cleaning and maintaining the areas in and around the Toilets at various locations in Officers Quarters at Napier bridge area in neat and tidy condition daily and collected waste materials into the Greater Chennai Corporation dust bins as directed at site including all labour, equipments, uniform, tools, materials, etc., complete. Note : 1.Unskilled Labour engaged as per Minimum wages act daily Minimum 1 No should be engaged on all days including sundays and closed holidays. 2. Equipments & Consumable for the works paid separately. 3. Non posting of labours will be deducted at the rate as specified in tender conditions 4. The Tenderer should quote the rate in Execess(+) percentage only. If quoted Less (-) percentage the tenderer will be disqualified.
