Monthly Maintenance of SCADA System installed at 400KV Substation Manth work includes as follows.
Testing and rectification of SCADA as per the drawing of panel/SAS and logic diagram
Checking and rectification of operation of switches from panel/BCU.
Cross checking of communication between relay and integration system.
Verification and rectification of architecture of SCADA.
Checking and rectification of operation and logic, signals, events, SOE and integrating system.
Checking and rectification of GPS synchronization with system/relay.
Adding extra events/signal if required
Checking and rectification of the healthiness of other protocols like 104, 101, Modbus, Modbus TCP, DNP3 etc.
Checking and ensuring the healthiness of printer and other device as per the architecture/SAS drawing.
Checking and Replacing of faulty communication channel, if required.
Creating the system backup of HMI-1/2 and DR PC for future reference and restoring purpose in future (in case system crash).
Emergency Maintenance of SCADA System at 400KV Substation, Manth (Mathura) including all the fooding, lodging and convenience charges owing to remote location of 400KV Substation Manth(Mathura) with nearest hotels for accommodation in Mathura / Vrindavan / Greater Noida.
