SUPPLY ERECTION TESTING COMMISSIONING OF MILK COLD ROOM(MCR) OF STORAGE CAPACITY OF 80,000 LITERS STORAGE CAPACITY OF 10MT BUTTER AND ICECREAM DEEP FREEZER WITH ANTE ROOM IN KARAIKUDI DAIRY

Wall Mounted type Air Cooling Unit complete with coil section, blower section and insulated drain pan made of stainless-steel tubes of AISI 304 L with aluminum fins having fin space of 4 FPI. The blower section shall be comprising suitable quantity highly efficient axial flow fan directly driven by TEFC Squirrel Cage Induction Motor. The unit shall be installed on suitable mounting supports for stability and proper alignment. Ammonia Liquid accumulator to be supplied along with ACU, which shall be suitable for ammonia gravity feed system.

Liquid feed assemblies shall be provided for each ACU consist of Ammonia Liquid Level Switch, Strainer, Liquid Solenoid Valve, Isolating Valve, Valved Bypass, Metering Valve, Purge Valve, pressure gauge, Oil Drain Valve and Reflux type Ammonia Liquid Level Gauge.

Refrigerant pipelines, valves and fittings with necessary support for inter connection of all proposed air-cooling units interconnecting with existing refrigeration system comprising of liquid and suction line. The pipelines shall be heavy duty M.S. seamless of SA 106 Gr.B and schedule as per Refrigeration Standards.

Water pipelines, valves and fittings in accordance with G.I. medium duty ‘B’ class pipes, fittings and valves for ACU defrost and drain with necessary pipeline supports and U - traps with adequate distance supplied with necessary anchors, guides, hangers.

Insulation of suction line, liquid lines and headers with suitable thickness of PUF Insulation of suitable density as per tender and cladded with 24 Gauge aluminum sheet.

Cubical type Sub-MCCis suitable for indoor installation comprising 0f start & stop push buttons, Starter, indicating lights ON, OFF & TRIP and interlock for Auto Cutoff for ACU, Air Curtainand Internal Lighting.

Power wiring with Electrical Accessoriesfor interconnection of various refrigeration equipments offered by the Bidder providing sub MCC and distributing power to various ACUs, Air Curtain & Internal Lighting. The power cables rating shall be as per tender. Control wiring with Electrical Accessories for various refrigeration equipments to be supplied by Bidder, the control cable for use on 415 Volts system shall be of 1100 Volt grade copper conductor, PVC insulated as per IS:1554 (Part- I) – 1988 amended up to date. All cable laying shall be done properly in PVC condult pipes with appropriate clamping and support.

Cold Room Floor Insulation will be with PUF Sheets conforming to IS: 4671-1984, in double layer. The density of PUF Sheet will be 40 ± 2 Kg /m³. The supply includes enough vapor barrier such as tar-felt, polythene sheet and blown bitumen of 85/25 Grade. The floor insulation will be laid as per IS: 661-1974. Internal electrification for all proposed All Cold Rooms / Ante Room with vapor proof light fittings for adequate illumination inside the chamber as per tender specification.

Air Curtains operated on 3 phase electric supply to be installed at MCR doors, Ante Room Door and Hatch Door. The air curtains shall be of high velocity type complete with centrifugal blower and limit switch. The air curtain shall be suitable for door size. The air velocity shall be 13 to 14 MPS.

PVC air shield curtains having flaps of 3–mm thick with 50% overlap between adjacent flaps.

Safety systems per tender specification for proposed new MCR, BDF & Ante Room comprising of safety pilot light.

R404A Freon Based Condensing Unitas per tender specification for BDF with Semi-Hermetic/hermetic Compressor, Force Draft Indoor Air Cooler, electrical Control Panel with Servo Stabilizer and interconnecting refrigeration piping with insulation. (3 TR Capacity)

Erection, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Ammonia Refrigeration Equipments, Freon Condensing Unit, PUF Panels for ceiling & walls, Doors, Air Curtains and Air Strip Curtain etc.,

Supplying and installing a gas detection system for both ammonia and R404A refrigerants, including suitable electrochemical/infrared sensors, with a centralized control panel placed in the control room at operator level interface, integrated with zone wise display, hooters and flashing lights for leak detection and safety alerts

Supplying and installing room temperature sensors with large-type digital display modules for temperature and humidity, mounted at the room entrance
