Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The bidder should be a Super Grade Electrical contractor and should have experience in Replacement of 66KV or higher voltage level transmission line conductors, connector, insulators and associated or similar work in preceding last five years. (i.e 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25,2025-26) In proof of this, bidder should submit copy of single work order of value not less than Rs. 20.51 lakhs (Exclusive of GST) awarded by any reputed Industry/PSU/Government organization and corresponding satisfactory performance/work done certificate issued by competent authority (officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre in case of state/central Government/Government under taking and not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL). (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2026-27).

The bidder should have achieved in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25,2025-26) a minimum financial turnover or average annual financial turnover of Rs.41.10 lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in at least two financial years, as a proof of this turnover certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished.(A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2026-27).
