M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding (level course) on roof finishing cement concrete surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in roof and chajjas finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M &L for priming plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as per IS 3384 and providing water proofing treatment by applying 3.5 Kg/Sqm Actatic polypropylene (Advanced APP torch on membrane mineral finish) having polyester film reinforcement stabilized with fibre glass and finished on top with grey mineral slabs torch on system of thickness 3 mm by torch bonding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for uprooting of wild trees such as grass/ bushes etc., from the roof / wall surfaces /AC sheets/ Soil pipes surroundings including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 and finish the surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
