| 5SMART MODULATING DIFFUSER | |||||
| 5.01 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of compact smart auto diffuser of 600 mm x 600 mm outer flange size for air distribution based on occupancy and demand. The auto diffuser shall control the volume of conditioned air entering into an area and varies it according to the demands of occupants and the room temperature with the help of a controller. The controller shall be wall mounted inside the intended room to measure the room temperature and control the air flow by actuating the diffuser actuator based on set temperature by occupant. The controller unit shall also have an passive infrared sensor (PIR) to detect occupancy in 12 metre range and switch off or allow minimum flow in case of no occupant. The controller unit shall have provision (IR sensor) to set the required temperature or ON/OFF the diffuser by a remote control. There shall be a display in the controller unit to display room & set temperature. The controller shall be capable of communicating with BMS software by RS 485 Modbus RTU. | 20 | Nos | - | - |
