GENSET CONTROLLER - Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system. The control provides a simple operator interface to the generator set, manual and remote start/ stop control, shutdown fault indication, and an LCD hour counter. The integration of all functions into a single control system provides enhanced reliability and performance compared to conventional generator set control systems. The control has been designed and tested to meet harsh environment in which gensets are typically applied.

Alternator :- Single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 125 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415Volts, 0.8 power factor suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system. The alternator shall be in SP-DP enclosure, self excited, self regulated, foot mounted with ball and/ or roller bearings on end shields. The alternator confirms to IS/IEC 60034-1 & will be suitable for operation in tropical conditions.The alternator shall be of self-excited, self regulated, self ventilated in brushless design, provided with suitable automatic voltage regulator and shall conform to BS:2613 or BS : 5000 and shall give rated output at NTP conditions. CONTROL PANEL FOR DG SET: The Generator control shell be indoor type, floor mounted, dust and vermin proof in sheet steel construction. The panel shall have doors at the front and back for proper maintenance. The panel shall have steel channel fabricated kick-plate and bolted type cable gland plate fitted at the bottom. The panel shall be constructed from 2 mm thick steel sheet. All the joint shall have proper gasket.Monitoring and control devices shall be housed on the front door. Generally the construction of the panel will be such that various equipments for application will be housed in compartment. All incoming and out going power and control cables shall be from the bottom.

SOUND ATTENUATED SYSTEM .Thickness of sheet - 16 - G The Sound Attenuated DG sets are designed and engineered by the CAD/CAM experts conforming to international standards and mandatory noise level norms achieving Noise level of 75 dB(A) at a distance of 1 Metres. in open environment.The system is made of high-class sheet metal fabricated panels of 16G thickness having modular construction with multi-fold sheet channels & ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and high quality Fireproof Acoustic material i.e. Rock Wool (50-100 mm thick having 64-96 kg/m3 density).

ACCOUSTIC MATERIALS :- Acoustic enclosure ismade of CRCA sheets in munsel green shde and a structural/sheet metal base frame painted in black and fire retardant grade acoustic insulation material (P.U .Foam.) complying to IS 8183

VENTILATION:- Acoustic enclosure is designed in such a way that there are no hot pockets around engine and it is provided with suitable designed engine radiator which does not allow the temperature to rise more than 70C above ambient temperature.To achieve optimal output and minimum sound level from the DG set, suitable openings are provide for increasing the inflow of air required for combustion & forced ventilation. Air intake system as per the recommendations and engine requirement are provided.

SILENCER Specially designed low noise silencer with rain cap suitably optimised to meet stringent niose emission standards laid down by MoEF/CPCB

VIBRATION ISOLATION:- To avoid transfer of vibration from genset to enclosure & surrounding specially designed vibration isolators are used. Complete rate of DG Set including, Price of DG set, Price of AMF Panel, Installation charges Cable connection etc. completes in all respects: -

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper stripin 40mm dia on G.I pipe from earth electrode etc. as required

Providing and filling fuel (Diesel) for testing of D.G set

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 meters stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meters complete in pick and jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Sand: 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and cutting complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, structting and propping etc. with wodden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for institu-reinforced concrete & plain contcrete work in. foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth etc.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size:- Armoured cable 70 sq. mm (3.5 core)
