Taking down aluminium/copper point wiring (light, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good the disturbed surface all as directed .

Taking down submain wiring Aluminium/ copper of any size including earth continuity conductor on teak wood or conduit and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing DB TPN 4 way and DB SPN 8 way of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor as earth conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches, sockets etc concealed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

(a) One light point / fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One call bell point controlled by bell push

(c) one 3 pin socket outlet, on the same board socket 5 Amps point with other switches with cable 1.5 sqmm

(d) one 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps on independent board.

(e) for one light point controlled by two, two way switches.

All as per item No 4.00 above but complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded wire with 2.5 sqmm copper cable through casing and capping of suitable size and one run of 1.5 sqmm copper cable as earth continuity conductor including connecting with earth dolly for 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

Note :- 02 run of 04 sqmm and 01 run of 2.5 sqm including 01 run of PVC casing & capping will be measured as one length complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair deluxe fan regulator electronic stepped type 230 volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Hylum sheet top cover 3 mm thick for fixing switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including cutting into suitable sizes all as specified and directed .

Fixing only LED light fitting of any wattage domestic type including provision of neccessary PVC blocks 2 Nos for fixing on wall/ceiling and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper cable complete all as directed. Note :- Item should be supplied under schedule B store free for fixing

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4 mm dia by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 15mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion including taking out old earthing.
