Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Valid Class-III and above PWD Civil Contractor Registration Certificate

Annual Turnover last five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 Certificate

achieved in at least One financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 3,00,000/- (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract)

The contractor should have satisfactorily completed at least One similar ROAD work of value not less than Rs.1,50,000/- as prime contractor, Certificate issued by the competent authority not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs,,90,000/- (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.) (usually 30% of the amount of contract)
