CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNITY HALL AT BERAGANI NADUKERI H/O NEDUGULA PANCHAYAT

Earth work excavation for foundation in SDR soil with in initial lead of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres and clearing, leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Refilling the basement with excavated earth other than sand complying including cost and conveyance pf all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 cum

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix with simultaneous pointing including including cost & conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be supplied by departmental section store at Sivagnagai and the cost there of will

Brick Work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size (8 ¾ x 4 3/8 x 2 3/4) including cost & conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate) The binding wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x 100 x 113mm TW switch box for 5A 3 pin non inter locking Wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point (SD-36)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable for 11W CFL lamp with CFL (SD83)

Supply and fixing of 16A DP switch with metal clad of 500V with fuse and neutral (side handle) on suitable TW box PWD earthing (SD141)
