Financial Eligibility Criteria: In case tender value Rs. 50 lakhs or more,The tenderer must have minimum average annual contracfual turnover of V/N or 'V" whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of RupeesN= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of 'total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of theprevious year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall beconsidered for calculating average annual contractual turnover.The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VI B, along with copies of Audited BalanceSheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported byAudited Balance Sheet tenderer first read the Para 10 of GCC carefully and Advance Correction GCC2022.
Technical Eligibility Criteria: (a) The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: 20 (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Similar Nature of Work; Supply, installation and commissioning of Solar/Hybrid power panels of capacity more than 1 Kwp.
For participating in tenders for an electrical nature of work, the contractor shall have to possess valid electrical license of appropriate voltage issued by any State Government under Clause 45 of Compilation of Rule of Indian Electricity Rules 1956 or as amended from time to time. Electrical works of 11KV and above including OHE, 'A' class Electrical Contractor license is essential. 2. The license can be possessed with one of the partners or in his own name if sole proprietor. Firm should submit a self-attested copy of the Electrical Contractor License along with the offer; otherwise the offer will be summarily rejected

Conditions regarding inclusion of "Letter of credit" as mode of payment attached as "Annexure LC". As per Rly Bd Letter No. 2018/CE-I/CT/9 dt. 04.06.2018, special condition of LC has been applied. The contractor shall have the option to take payment from Railway through a letter of credit (LC) arrangement for all the tender having advertise cost of Rs. 10 Lakh or above
The above option of taking payment through LC arrangement, once exercised by tenderer at the time of bidding, shall be final and no change shall be permitted, thereafter during execution of contract.

While processing payment of any 'On Account Bill' or 'Final Bill' or release of 'Advances' or 'Performance Guarantee / Security deposit', contractor shall submit a certificate to the Engineer or Engineer's representatives that "I have uploaded the correct details of contract labours engaged in connection with this contract and payments made to them during the wage period in Railway's Shramikkalyan portal at 'www.shramikkalyan.indianrailways.gov.in' till ____ Month, _____Year."

| supply, install, test, and commission an Automatic Solar Panel Cleaning System (SPCS) with water-sprinkling facility. The SPCS shall be capable of automatic and manual cleaning of solar panels/modules to remove dust, dirt, pollen, bird droppings, and other deposits that reduce insolation. Cleaning cycles shall be programmable by the user (daily/weekly/seasonal) via an MCU- based controller. The system shall also allow on-demand manual activation. The system shall operate on 230 V, single-phase AC supply, drawing power from local supply or dedicated control power. It should comprise of Centrifugal submersible/Monoblock/Booster pump of adequate capacity: flow rate 4-8 m³/hr, head 15-25 m (or as required by roof height & piping layout). Pump casing & impeller should be of stainless steel (SS 304) or heavy-duty engineered polymer resistant to corrosion. Inlet water filter (mesh or cartridge) to remove sand/silt; filtration to prevent nozzle clogging. Specially designed spray nozzles with full 180° spray projection, fine droplet spray, uniform water distribution, wide coverage to minimize number of nozzles, with UV-resistant polymer or stainless steel body. Nozzles to produce gentle rain-like spray to avoid mechanical stress on modules. UV-resistant PVC / HDPE / CPVC / UPVC pipes and weatherproof fittings, with appropriate diameters to maintain pressure and flow. All piping shall be suitably insulated/exposed to prevent degradation under sun exposure. Galvanized steel or marine-grade aluminum brackets and clips, hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated for corrosion resistance, designed to fit common module frame profiles.
