M&L for cleaning of all blockages of Nahani trap/floor trap, bottle trap, gully trap, P or S traps of WCs, 100mm / 75 mm dia CI pipe and stacks upto 1st manhole, CI/SGSW pipe between gully trap and 1st manhole, CI Tee/door bends etc. to maintain internal sewage system by employing two sweeper on all working days from 0900 hours to 1700 hours in the Area-IV of AGE B/R (West) Colaba with manual/pressure cleaning pump & flexible rods and other neccessary equipments all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no. 1 above but on emergency basis on Sunday/closed holiday/Gazetted holidays on call from Engineer-in-charge/JE.

Cleaning of existing sewage line by rodding/mechanical process (with machine) as required/directed for 100mm to 300 mm bore of drain pipe, depth not exceeding 1.5 metre deep (under ground) and removal of sludge/mud/dry silt etc in foul position out side of defence land, where directed including cleaning of sewage line with water and testing by filling the water from manhole to manhole independently as directed and as specified including taking out man hole covers and reset in same position and making good disturbed portion if any all as specified & directed at site . Mode of measurment :- (i) Only length of blocked sewage line between two manholes will be measured and paid vide this item. (ii) If only manholes are choked up /blocked, the cleaning of manholes shall be measured and paid vide item no. 1 & 2 of this schedule.

All as per item No 3 above but depth exc 1.5 metre but n.exc 3m deep. Mode of measurment :- (i) Only length of blocked sewage line between two manholes will be measured and paid vide this item. (ii) If only manholes are choked up /blocked, the cleaning of manholes shall be measured and paid vide item no. 1 & 2 of this schedule.

Empting choked up sewage lines and manholes exceeding 3.00 metre depth by providing sewage suction vehicle of capacity 5000 litres (BMC Pattern) including necessary other arrangments such as sweepers to clean up the site after work and desposing the same at places earmarkd outside MOD land upto 25 KM lead and lift complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) All precautions to be taken by all workers while working in foul condition. Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (b) After cleaning vehicle will be contractors property. (c) Contractor accredated representative shall be available during the cleaning. (c) Complete process shall be completed in all respects within a day.

Cleaning and desiliting of manholes depths not exceeding 1.50 metres by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage and plugging the ends sewer pipes of diverting flow into drain if necessary, removing silit, sludge etc sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety mesurers such as safety belt, lighting arrangement, face mask, etc. and removing the same (Silt, sludge and other waste material) in leak proof truck and desposed to outside MD land as per existing rules and regulation of civil authority and cleaning the manhole with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note - If required gatting a honey sucker and cleaning the congested sewage line, (c) JCB and other required machinery required on special basis would be called on requirement basis.

Cleaning the chock/blockades in AC/CI/PVC soil waste/rain water pipe of any dia and removing cleaning eye and refixing the same after cleaning the pipe, making good damaged cement joints, dia of pipe not exc 150 mm dia, upto four stories including necessary scafolding all as specified and directed.

M&L multi-rib TM profile high tensile 550 MPA yield strength colour coated galvalume steel sheet having maximum pitch of 250mm, c/c and minimum 30mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The feed material is to be manufacture out of 0.50mm (TCT). Total coated thickness with 18-20 microns top coat over 5 microns primer and 8-10mm alkyd backer, zinc aluminium alloy of AZ-150. The sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium (55%) and silicon (1.5%) with toal mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides. Covered width will be 1020mm and sheet length as per site requirement. The profile is having return leg for proper side lap. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self capping screws with EDPM seal or fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of floor hearth/wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles and removing debris out of MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for Black Granite (of any type) tiles 15 mm thick machine cut, beded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including moulding, cutting and polishing all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior wall tiles 6 to 8 mm thick area n exe 0.06 sqm each tiles etc set & jointed in cement and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and including 10mm thick rendering or backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed. Make – Johnson (Endura) or equivalent as approved.

M&L for first and premium quality of glazed ceramic coloured digital tiles 300mm x 200mm or 450mm x 300mm x 6mm to 7m thick in dados, riser to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid including 10mm thick backing coat in 1:4 cement mortor all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ist and premium quality of heavy duty non skid, ceramic “coloured” digtal tiles of premium or first quality of size 400 x 400 x 6-7mm thick, in floor, shelves etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean raddius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel or wrought iron work of any description at any position at any story all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and placing in position micro-concrete, grade M-40, which shall be cement based prepacked single component, chloride free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion, obtained from Fosroc / SIKA / BASF/ Dr Fixit, thickness of section up to 75 mm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide all as specified and directed.

M&L for E-board tiles ceiling on GI powder coated channel/Tee/Grid of make (Armstrong or equivalent) frame work with the following specification including cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar & making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0/Cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed with following:- (a) M&L plugging to wall around the rooms & supplying & fixing GI powder coated angle of make (Armstrong or equivalent) of size 25 x 25 mm (b) S&F 1.60 mm dia GI wire suspenders with adjustable clamps including fixing to ceiling with dash free fasteners (c) S&F GI powder coated tee as in main & cross members at 595 mm centre to centre supported suspenders along with adjustable camp to maintain level. (d) S&F E-board ceiling tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm x 4 mm thickness, confirming to relevant IS in squares of GI powder coated tee with clips made to shape, shade and pattern of tiles shall be as approved by GE

S&F in repair for stainless steel board high intensity reflective sign board made of hardened ACP sheet 2 mm thick POP riveted to stainless steel rectangular pipe of size 25 x 25 mm frame of size 300 x 150 mm. Frame to be supported with bolts on wall. All stainless steel sheet parts should be polished Sign board should be reflective on one side with wide HIP sheet and overlay flim of any colour with computer cut letters sign and boarder alll as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The grade of stainless steel is 316 grade sutable for coastal area. Note :- The number and design of letters is as directed by Engr in Charge and no additional payment will be given on this account.

M&L for providing and applying two coats of Fiber Reinforced elastomeric Liquid applied membrane of Asian Paints or equivalent make, having crack bridging ability upto 2.5 mm, resistance to positive hydrostatic pressure of upto 10 bars, superior anti-carbonation, 1st coat self-priming coat & 2nd coat undiluted coat ensuring force coverage of 30 Sq. ft/kg for 2 coat with 160 micron DFT, applying one coat of thick modified acrylic silica base texture (2mm to 2.5 mm thick) as per desired pattern and after 8 hours two coats of Ultra durable pure acrylic exterior emulsion with Low VOC , Anti Algal, Excellent DPUR for dust pick up resistance of fading of colors ensuring 60 micron DFT for two coats including removing existing roof treatment and providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Item to be executed by authorised aplicator only. Make Asian Paints or equivalent.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces, over 10cm girth, preparation of surfaces, filling cracks with approved crack filler and applying two coats of water proof acrylic elastomeric paint (Rain coat of Dr. fixit or equvalent), over a coat of Dr. Fixit prime seal or equvalent wall primer as if required complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction. Make : Dr. fixit / Asian Paints or equivalent. Note Up to any height of building.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.
