Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars (Steel bars handed over to the deptt.) and disposal of unserviceable material up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Steel bars and Bricks to be handed over to the deptt.) (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) , complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3(One Cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Weather shade, Chajjas, corbels etc., including edges, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc., including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over a height of 3.5 m (Three point five Meter), for every additional height of 1(one) metre or part thereof (Plan area to be measured) Suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including cost of binding wire all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm (Twelve milimeter to Twenty milimeter) in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters (Two point five square meters) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge With cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One milimeter), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 (Fifty) grams/litre, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm (Fifty grams)/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 (Fifty) grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Two coats, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm (Two point zero milimeter) thick of 3.00 Kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100(One hundred) micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 (twenty) micron HMHDPE film. 7th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 (Ten) grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) layer of cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement isto Three fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
