Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below & above ground level)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including padding concrete on roof all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying epoxy water proofing treatment for sunken floor over and including rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement plaster 1:3 with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete as in sunken floor etc finished fair complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in screed bed over sub base finished fair complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including removing of all the debris to a distance n exc 2 km out side the base at the disposal of the contractor.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250mm x7mm/450 X 350 X 7mm thick as in skirting/dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat on fair faces of brick work/concrete in CM 1:4 to receive tiles as in dado.

M&L for Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0. 18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 9 here in before but Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick in skirtings.
