M& L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 45 mm to maintain a slope of 1:100 ,complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified by Engineer-in- charge

Supply and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm thick 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The laying of membrane shall be got done as per the instructions of manufacurer, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting tanks, setting aside (or lowewring if required) for repairs,cleaning etc and hoisting If required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for carrying out water proofing treatment of sunken floor complete all as specified under:(i) The concrete/wall surface shall be cleared thoroughly of all laitance,loose particles,dust,grease etc and any friable and unsound area which shall be chipped,cleaned and thereafter pre-wetted to a satured surface dried condition. (ii) In case of pot holes/superficial cracks,the same shall be repaired with polymer modified mortar using URP as admixture @ 10% of cement content. (iii) The polymer modified mortar using URP as admixture @10% of cement content shall also be applied on vertical surfaces after removing of plaster upto 60 cm height.(iv) The surface thus prepared shall be coated by applying 2 coats of Dr Fixit Hydrochem super in the sunken areas and extending it upto 150 mm above the finished floor level.This includes layer of a 150 mm wide strip of an open woven glass fiber mesh over the PCC benching (Gole) on the 1st coat whille it is still wet.(v) Rendering 15 mm in CM 1:4 admixed with integral water proofing compound 1 W+ @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Damp Block 2K or approved equivalent, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per ASTMC1202, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturer specifications.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and fixing of chicken wire gauge where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC and chicken wire gauge will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removing by scrapping with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander,sanding pad of 80/60 Grit having any dia to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc, work executed by Asian Paints Authorise Applicator only complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour ASIAN PAINTS TRUE WALLCARE PUTTY of average thickness 1 mm, . Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander mech tool surface free from dust etc. done by skilled labour. Step 1) Mix the putty powder by Asian Paints Trucare Putty mixer Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco Spray Machine Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface,work shall be executed by Asian Paints Authorised Applicator only
