M & L For RCC 1:2:4 Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including demolition of old slab any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape incl cranking, hooping etc. and binding with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

S & F Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, columns, beams etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (rectangular with closed top ) hoisted & fixed in position all as specified in SSR PT I capacity of tank 1000 ltr including Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends & ball brass valves 20mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut including dismantling of old unserviceable water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured designer pattern tiles 600mmx 300mmx7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in white colour cement including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4.

M & L coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 20mm th screed bed in CM 1:6.

M&L for fix Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of size 605 x 605mm including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and asper direction of Engineer In Charge

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows and other frames/chowkats of size 45x70 mm complrising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 of 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS Screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum,screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge) minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, moudules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : For WPC solid door/window frames minus 5 mm tolerance in demension ie depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. Supply and fix in repair uPVC box type rain water gutter pipes of width 160 mm, depth 100 , having thickness of minimum 3 mm (4 kg/sqcm auge) with added rib for extra strength, fixed in position with uPVC clamps and mild steel bands, straps ,supports or stays , including uPVC gutter fittings like couplings, running outlet,corner/elbows (of desired degree), end drops, end caps, corner drop/elbow drop, leaf guard etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rates for uPVC fittings to be used like centre drop, end drop, elbow drop and mild steel works for strengthening etc to be deemed included with the quoted rates of the contractor.Make Euro guard or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair uPVC square/rectangular /circular type rain water pipes of 90 mm or above, having thickness of minimum 3 mm (4 Kg/Sqcm auge) fixed in position with u PVC clamps and mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays, including all u PVC fittings necessary like couplings, elbows end caps etc all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Rates for uPVC fittings to be used like centre drop, end drop, elbow drop and mild steel work to be used for strengthening etc to be deemed included with the quoted rates of the contractor.Make Euro guard or equivalent

Material and Labour for Treating the top surface of filled earth/concrete floor at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion of anti termite per square metre of surface area all as specified and directed by engg in charge

Material and Labour for Treating the soil with anti termite emulsion along with external perimeter of building at the rate of 2.25 litre of emulsion per metre of the perimeter wall of the bldg all as specified and directed by Eng in Charge

Supply and fixing of frameless shower enclosure with toughened glass of 10mm including brass hinges, dye casted brass conncetors, 8 inch vertical handle , 18 inch horizontal handle with silicon magnetic seals , supported on stainless steel rods and other connected accessories all complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. Note:The Galvalume sheet is fixed by cutting the grooves at the end as per requirement in site.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including rounding of edges whereever reqd all as specified and directed by Engg-in -charge.

S&F in repair Kitchen cabinets consisting SS drawer baskets in required sizes (min height above platform/floor 0.90 m and min width 0.60m) made out of 18 mm thick laminated WPC board on front face and consisting of white carcasses of 18 mm thick WPC board on other sides (carcass will consist of faces on all sides i.e. top, bottom, sides and back). The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edges bending tape or 90 degree edge bend finish as per make and specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate deemed to included the cost of all necessary fittings like SOSS hinges of required size invisible type and handles etc. Measurement will be given for front face. Quoted rate deemed to be included the cost of of side, back, top and bottom panels and necessary locking arrangements etc. Size of cabinet near sink will be adjusted as per site requirements.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket 5/15A or power point complete including fittings such as switches, bell push,electric bell,ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, socket, lamp holders, brackets, lamp fittings, etc including switch boards and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling etc so as to match with the existing wall/ceiling/floors etc completely all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core pvc insulated ,unsheathed FRLSH copper cable ,1100 Volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non-metallic ,rigid non metallic PVC conduit (medium grade) concealed in walls /ceiling with and including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated multistranded ,unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable as continous earth continuity conductor (green in colour) with cast Iron/ Pressed Steel modulur terminal boxes any size/module,concealed on walls and fixed by means of brass screw including modular white cover plates and cover frames any size /module and blanck plates, for mounting or housing switches ,socket outlets, fan regulators etc incl all other fixing accesories for one light/fan/exhaust fan/call bell point controlled by one 5/6 Amps switch complete including making good of wall surface by cementing/plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25metre deep below natural ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to main switch board/ main DB’s/ earth test point with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6, type C1 in chamber wall with 50mm thick, RCC cover 1:2:4, type B0 duly reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, @100mm both way with suitable lifting handle, charcoal dust and common salt mixed and packed in 150mm thick layer all around the earth plate, watering pipe of size 20mm dia medium grade, 0.63mm thick GI sheet funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5m from electrode and engraving of earth marking on nearby structure/ building with cement motor 1:4 plate of size 200mm x 150mm x 15mm thick and writing of earth results with paint complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, Laying, fixing, jointing and testing of LT under ground XLPE insulated, ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core with electric connection with suitable size of lugs, laid in trenches/ under floor or fixed naked with walls/ on poles/ in ducts/ in GI pipes etc. (Note- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushoining protection bricks/ tiles/ block, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and pipe shall be measured and paid seprately.)

Supply and Laying DWC HDPE pipe of outer dia of 40mm and inner dia 32mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non-pressure for underground cable including bends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with and inclding all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as requierd at site, laid in trenches including dismantiling and taking out old unserviceable pipe line along with fittings from existing connections complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' (ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe (iii) All other fittings requierd shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.
