M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hold fast, bed plate etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in band, straps, supports for RWP, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, , hooks & pintle hinges and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290-0 or Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from RCC surfaces of columns, beams,Chajas, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on surfaces of walls/ceiling including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

M&L for 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster in two layers (12 + 8 mm) on the wall surfaces, top layer of 8 mm mixed with liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions and including finishing the surfaces of the top layer even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed, Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Notes : (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) WPC shall be paid for separately.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.]

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.

M&L for providing TMT bars any dia in various structural RCC elements like columns, beams, Slabs etc. including cutting, bending, fixing of bars with welding/ tying as required at site with & including binding wires etc. and all relevant works like anchoring of the bars in the existing RCC Members, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, upto 20mm thickness while the bonding agent is still tacking, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/cement concrete (unreinforced) from existing roof/terrace etc and also removing/taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retrieved debris out side MD land, all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course over RCC roof/ terrace surfaces to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. M & L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC over roof/ terrace surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%.

M & L for preparation of existing surface by cleaning, removing of loose material and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Epoxy mortar, and applying Smartcare PU Magnum or equivalent is a polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing liquid membrane which offer superior mechincal, chemical, thermal, UV & weather resistant properties,as it is based on pure, elastomeric , hydrophobioc polyurethane coatings at a coverage of 1.6kg per sqmt in 2 coats, of make - ASIAN/ SIKA/ STP/FOSROC or equivalent

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of capacity 500 to 1000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs to roof below, and replacing (or hoisting if required), re-fixing in position and re-connecting on completion of roof work including cleaning and removal all scales and dirts etc from mouth of pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 52 above but above 1000 litres upto and including 2000 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of lime concrete or lean concrete from sunken floor including floor tiles, hacking of surfaces after cleaning with wire brush (floor and adjoining walls) and disposing off debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling of lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) in sunken portion, as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/Bath & toilet etc executed in following stages : Stage 1: Providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical of Dr.Fixit or Shalicrete 'R' of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturer's instructions. State 2 : Primer-Mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces. Stage 3 : Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1Kg/Sqm by brush all as per manufactuer's instructions. Stage 4: Laying fyber glass cloth (weight not less than 50gram/ Sqm) over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still sticky. Stage 5: After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat i.e. final coat of Tarfet LM of STP Ltd (without Dilution with water) @ 1kg/ Sqm by brush as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250ml/50 Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7: Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. NOTES :(i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid . (ii) The above treatment shall be got executed through applicator of manufacturer and necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall also be produced by the contractor.

Supply and Application of 5 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System on leaking concrete surface by thorough surface preparation followed by one absorption coat of Thermacool WP 51, nano-tech modified, UV resistant elastomeric clear coat having min. 50% solids, then overcoating with 2 Coats of Thermacool WP51 + Cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% Elongation, Tensile Strength min. 2.2 MPa and then top-coated with 2 Coats of Thermacool 0.3C pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) Solar IR Heat Reflective coating conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 sqm/Ltr/2 coat, DFT 100 - 120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should have been tested at IIT or NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by Thermacool approved applicator only

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the new surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, soffit of beams, columns etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Notes (i) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

S & F 1000 litre Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including taking down old tank complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
