Supply & Fixing 80 mm thick Precast cement concrete I-Shape interlocking paver block a with top layer of minimum 8mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. cement, Smooth high gloss finish, skid reditant. manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression machanism. The compressive strength of concrere paver block shall not be less than 30MPA (M-30) and wight 5kg per no confirming to IS; 15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of material,labour, T & P TAXES etc requried for proper completion of the work as directed by Enginner- in-charge

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

Finishing wall with two coat of water proof cement paint Weather coat of approved quality on new surface with this paint to give an even shade with wall putty including primer coat and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint with one coat of primer with all cost of paint, material, labour, and T&P required for proper completion of the work.
